We do accept returns.
We will accept returns if the following applies:
1) Items must be in their original condition. No used items will be accepted.
2) The full quantity originally ordered, must be returned.
3) Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@GlendoraBeadCompany.com for a RM # (Return Merchandise #). You will need to provide us with your Name, Date of Purchase, and Order # when you contact us.
Your package will be marked "Returned to Sender" if you do not comply with the policies stated above.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items must be packaged in the same manner as originally sent to you to protect them from damage in transit. We will not accept items that were damaged during shipping.
There is no processing fee for returns for credit in our store. But, if you request a refund instead, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Return refunds will be credited to your credit card through Paypal (less the 15% restocking fee).
The following items are not returnable under any circumstances, unless they are found to be defective: Discountinued Items, Closeout Items, Sale Items, or Special Order items.
If you have received damaged and/or missing item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that your order is thoroughly double checked for accuracy before packaging and we strive to protect your items in transit by bubble wrapping them carefully and placing them in a bubble wrap padded envelope or Priority Mail box for their protection.
You can e-mail your concerns to CustomerService@GlendoraBeadCompany.com. Please include your invoice #, name and date of your purchase, so that we can properly locate your order. We will contact you and give you further instructions on how to ship the items back to us.
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the items.
We try our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery. However, backorders do sometimes occur. Your backordered items will ship out by US Mail as soon as they are in stock again at no additional shipping cost.
Please note that products can vary within normal manufacturing processes. Glass colors may vary slightly from lot to lot. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
A Note on Brass Items...
Please be aware that brass can vary greatly in color. It may be bright, shiny gold in color, a warm golden color or can even be copper in color. We have no control over this. Designs can vary in color from lot to lot. We have several manufacturers that we purchase from, each of which have different production processes and purchase their raw metals from various ore facilities. Brass is a combination of copper and zinc and depending on the percentages of each ore that is used in the production process, you can have a variety of hues in brass.
If you are hoping for a more consistent color, you may want to order pieces that have been plated. But, please be aware, that plating processes, and colors, can also vary from plater to plater.

We currently accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Paypal. We also can accept your Debit Card through Paypal. No need to sign up with Paypal to use your cards.
We do not accept Money Orders or Personal Checks.
We do not accept COD orders.
Orders will be shipped out by US Mail. We offer various shipping options for both U.S. and International orders depending on the size of your order, how quickly you would like to receive it, and whether you would like it insured. Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged, if insurance is not purchased.
